Custom colours: Because custom colours are made specifically for you, they are non‑refundable.
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
Return period: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
